I had originally asked about this in a low priority support ticket and was instructed to make it a suggestion:
I'd like to see the ability to erase an adoption record so that your character, and possibly the spouse of your character, could then re-adopt, just as divorced characters can re-marry. Originally, I inquired for this to be available as a GM Service, but it would certainly be easier for the GMs if they added a custom NPC to the Adoption House for this purpose as well.
In either case, I would be satisfied, be it with a new NPC or with GM Service availability, seeing as GM Services are now available through voting points and not Fairy Auctions (Or as I call them "Make Selrahc Cry Cause He's Poor" Events
