Well..no it's not, but it's common practice for people to say someone offered a certain amount so the person selling can spike the price, which in turn forces people to bid against

Yeah, but you would only bid if you wanted the item anyways. If the item weren't worth 10m, then no one would bid it and Proto would be stuck with it in the end anyways.

Plus, freezing bow can go 10m easy, so I don't see that as unreasonable regardless if it were a "real" offer or not. Knowing Proto, it's a legit offer though lol
