RE: oh god another WoE thread
Fail, Mat. That's a large reason why some of the srs bsns WoErs actually WoE; the ... whatever economy does to, uh, treasure chests, or something.

Anyways, thanks for the replies. At least they're reasonable, even if they don't apply to us (...currently :D). But for all of the "Get over it, try again, try harder, and if you don't succeed, you fail and should improve" attitude we've gotten before... why doesn't this apply now? :P It'd be something to spice up WoE and force you to think of new strategies just for that situation.

Granted it'd be a convenience suggestion implemented for us epic noobs in Payon that'd make everything that much harder for the srs bsns, and I now withdraw my support of this suggestion in the face of that.

No Incarn, that I understand. I just disregard "intentionally" destroying econ as a strategy.

If a castle loses econ cause people are fighting over it then groovy.

It's an excellent strategy if you cant hold a castle for too long, so you destroy it to keep those who CAN hold it from getting good items.

Is this like M.A.D. during the Cold War?
