error? an getting disconnected

ive been playing for a while with my boyfriend, i have a knight and he has a crusader , and we both play on our portable from home but now we cant play together because i get disconnected almost each time we both connect.. he can play for a bit of time and he get disconnected too can you please do something about that , I have already opened a ticket but no answer. i checked the firewall too but doesnt change anything, we did both update just to make sure but nothing change.

please i need an answer cause im starting to get really pissed

do you get a screen pop up like this

if you do try to set your neoncube file back to a number a bit lower then the file listed in the document, if that doesn't work you can try reinstalling HeRO.

I've had the save problem all day, i errored out because of the xmas gears.
I reinstalled HeRO and now its fixed...
