How to reset stats?

Alright, so I just started out, and I've been researching about this for a couple of hours, but I still can't find the stat reseter guy. Am I just blind or is there no way to?

He's in a building in Prontera, south west of the fountain in the center. The building is between the merchants Icon_smile
