Please help me, i dont knw wht to do

When i made a Novice and got 2 Unknown item shaped as an apple, I couldn't magnify them, throw them, etc. When I accidentally double-clicked it, it got equipped and when i open my equipments, d game crashes.uncaught expectation sth.

This is only affecting my account(I tried my brother's account) and d page where my novice is in(everytime I log in and go to this page it crashes).

few people told me to repatch. I have the right files but I can never patch, it will fail and i have to reset my internet modem to get the wi-fi back on my computer.
i don't know what to do, someone please help

People who told you to patch were right, that is the solution to fixing this problem. The hat was added 2 patches ago, anyone who has not patched will see it as an apple.

If you sended a support ticket, the ID of your ticket should be sended as an email to the email adress you gave in in the ticket.

Once you receive a reply you'll get an email about it as well on your email adress
