Cant Send Suport Ticket!

Everytime i send support ticket, it shows nothing, and i cant see the status of the ticket(view ticket), i first thought i've sented it but i waited many days and no response so i tried many other times and gives the same thing, so i dont know what im doing wrong. Does anyone know what may be going wrong?

It sends an Email to the address you listed in the ticket submission page.??It should automatically send a confirmation email to your account giving you a little code to access those tickets you've opened, as well as additional emails for the GM responses.

Could it be possible that it's ending up in your spam folder? Or are you sure you entered a valid/correct email address? Those are the only player sided issues I can think of that'd prevent you from seeing those.

You might wanna take a look at the things Joe mentioned, usually those could be the main problems its not working for you.

Personally i've never experienced any problems with the ticket system before.
