Crashed once and cannot go back in game

So, its my first day here and then i was about to start my journey in the Training Ground... i was talking to a NPC and then it suddenly crashed !!

So i tried to to restart the game but i wasn't able to log into the character select menu

And this crash log keeps coming out when i tried to go into the character select menu

Have you patched your client properly? That could be the problem if you haven't done that yet.

Patching is definately what you need as Kittie suggested, the starting npc gives 2 custom gears that's what made you crash.
