How to get to brasilis dungeon?

I have looked up how to get to the brasilis dungeon before but I wasn't sure if we have access to it yet on this server. The other servers have a quest to get into the dungeon but we don't have the people to talk to in order to start the quest on our server. That or they aren't located where they are in the other servers. So if anyone could help me out that would be great.

We have no quest for it yet, all you have to do is go top right in brasilis to reach the field then go about top mid to enter the dungeon.
