Game crashes when looking at skills

whenever i go to look at my skills the game will crash.
this happened yesterday(and today after the update).
i noticed this start to happen after i became a Dancer and got a custom hairstyle(the custom hairstyle being the Hatsune Miku hairstyle).
i did notice that after todays update i can move the mouse over the skills when the skills window is half sized, but if i make it full sized itll crash.

i tried to do what was said here but it didnt seem to fix the issue.

i tried to get screenshots(though im not sure how useful they could be with this type of issue) but for some reason they dont appear in my screenshot folder or anywhere else.

Yeah.. someone else had that bug before and I don't think we can fix it sorry, so you'd have 2 choices: either never open the big skill window (it doesn't crash if you use the skill list format) or tell us which hairstyle you'd like instead (from the available ones of course) and we'll change your hair, sorry for the inconvenience!

my character name is Hatsune~Miku, so i cant really change the hairstyle now(i didnt even know Miku hair was a choice when i made my character, it was a pleasant surprise when looking over outfit color choices) >.<
guess ill have to stick to the skill list then.

on an unrelated issue..
when i try to take a screenshot it doesnt appear in my screenshot folder or anywhere else on my computer.
when i take a screenshot in game itll say "007, 008, etc, saved" but when i look in my folder there are no screenshots.
even if i type the screenshot name into a search they dont appear to be on my computer at all.
any idea as to why this is happening?

Yeah, someone else had that before, they go to :
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\heRO\ScreenShot

According to another user : AppData is classified as a "hidden" folder, even on XP. You'll either have to punch it into the address bar at the top of the window or go to Control Panel -> File and Folder options, if that still exists, and change it so Windows shows all hidden folders.

im having another issue now(not sure if should make a new thread or not, so ill just add it here).
for some reason some areas have this weird white filter over everything in certain areas.
the areas i noticed were sandy areas and Morroc.
i checked /fog and all that but it doesnt really change anything.

We figured it out in game, it's a very old winter snowy patch.

This may seem like a silly question, but how do I just open the Skill List and not the big Skill Menu Window?

By the way, I have the exact same problem, same job and same hairstyle even. If I look at the other hairstyles I might be able to change the hairstyle and still sort of keep with the Ciel image, but still. A bit annoying.

Click the (-) button of skill window, to swap between the list and the big tree view.
Maybe do it with other characters, if your Ciel crashes just by opening the skill window!
