Warper/save girl/ kafra Manuk

Since we got the new Scaraba dungeon it might be a nice add-on to place those npcs (Kafra, Save Girl, Warper, Healer) in Manuk town, otherwise you have to walk very far to get to the dungeon.

[Plant]

A direct warp to the dungeon would be great too. I believe it was planned some time ago according to the Army Supply quest?

and Kafras need to start being brave and venture into the unknown lands

Splendide would be a nice town to add those NPCs too since it's kinda a fun to be at.
