Stoneplate Effect not working?

Hello,

My paladin currently has 99 Base VIT,

I am receiving the double VIT DEF bonus. I am not Receiving the DEF+2 and -250 damage received buff.

To clairify: The status screen shows DEF 11+208 with +4 Stoneplate. (0+109 w/o) My understanding was that it should be 13+ 359 in the Status screen. The stoneplate has been carded with a Bathory Card. If that matters.

Update: Testing on Mobs, I was receiving ~100 less damage while wearing the armor, opposed to not. Which leads me to believe that this is not an interface glitch, and I am not receiving the bonus for having 99 VIT.
