We've updated and revamped some of our custom cards!
This instance, the only cards affected are those released in or after 2015, when I became GM.
Note 1: The card's slot location will not change under any circumstance. This is because many of these cards have already been obtained and carded. Example: Changing comodo's slotting location and moving it to garment will mean someone might then own an armor with a garment card in it.
The only exceptions to this are cards which are still unreleased and thus impossible to obtain, such as Coelacanth, Gold Queen Scaraba, etc.
Note 2: Any player with a card from the list below that has been slotted into a gear but wants it removed due to the changed effects can send a support ticket for a free de-card. Both the card and gear will be returned.

Celine Kimi Card (Garment)
Flee +30 -> Flee +50
Guardian Kades Card (Garment)
Decrease damage from the shadow property by 50%.
Increase damage received from the holy and ghost property by 100%.
INT +3
Add a 5% chance of causing the blind status when inflicting magical damage.
The magic class counterpart to Leak Card. Unusable in WoE, so there's no possibility of anyone complaining of "balance" risk of blinding an entire guild with a spell.

Queen Scaraba Card (Weapon)
Increases damage against scaraba enemies by 30%
Gain 5 SP when killing insect monsters
Drain 10 SP as the weapon is unequipped
Increase damage against insect monsters by 25%.
Increase damage against scaraba monsters by 10%.
Gain 5 SP when killing insect monsters and drain 10 SP when the weapon is unequipped.
Now the card has a better use against insect race mobs in other dungeons.
Rata Card (Headgear)
MATK+30
When dealing magic damage, there's a .50% chance that for 5 seconds your cast time will be reduced by 50%.
Add a 0.5% (vanberk) chance of increasing ASPD by 5% and enabling double attack Lv 10 for 10 seconds when attacking.
Changed an isilla card clone to something that is reminiscent of Rata's combo nature that autoattackers can take advantage of.
Banaspaty Card (Weapon)

Increase damage with Magnum Break by 20% -> 25%
[Mage Class]
Increase Damage with Fire Ball by 20% -> 30%
[Merchant Class]
Increase Damage with Cart Revolution by 15%. -> 20%
[Ninja Class]
Increase damage with Crimson Fire Blossom by 3%.
Not increasing crimson fire blossom as there's already gears planned that may affect it, and the skill is decent enough as single target to begin with.
Comodo Card (Armor)
DEF +3
Flee -25
Add a 6% chance to cast level 3 decrease agility when receiving damage.
Original effect was basically a clone of mineral card. This one can keep its status as a hatter card while having a better effect.
Jejeling Card (Garment)
For every 5 base VIT, increase maximum HP by 40.
Decrease damage from the neutral property by 5%.
HP and SP Recovery +10%.
Gopinich Card (Garment)
Increase critical rate by 10% -> 15
Increase damage with critical attacks by 1% per refine.
Flee +15
No Neutral Resist -> Increase Resistance to the Neutral Property by 10%

STR+3, Gain immunity to the Sleep and Silence statuses.
STR Equivalent of ESL Card
Mutant Coelacanth Card (Headgear Card -> Armor Card)
Increase MATK by 1% every 2 refines
Decrease cast time by 1% every 2 refines
Increase resistance to the Blind, Confusion, Freeze, Silence, Stone and Stun status by 25%.
That's 35% to freeze and stun if placed in a tidung, ~50% if on wings, and 65% to some statuses if used with flame skull.
Odd Coelacanth Card (Armor Card -> Weapon Card)

Maximum SP +5%
Maximum HP -5%
Flee +20
Add a 20% chance to cause the blind status when physically attacking.
Added a whole new effect using Stormy Knight as inspiration. A blind monster or player attacking a flee-ful character will have to depend on magic or unavoidable attacks to win.
Violent Coelacanth Card (Headgear Card -> Armor Card)
Increase ATK by 1% every 3 refines
Decrease Maximum HP by 1% every 2 refines
For 5 seconds when physically attacking, add a chance to increase attack by 100 and decrease DEF and MDEF by 100.
Changed it from a king kray card clone to something more powerful with considerable downside.
