Double Clicking not working

Hi,

as the topic says.
I just startet here and freshly installed heRo and did the tutorial. Everything in the game seems to be working fine except all stuff related to double clicking like:
equipping stuff
using stuff (herbs/potions)
selling stuff
resetting the camera (double right click)

so my question is: do i miss some setup or config?

Which OS are you using? Some people said that win10 got that problem.

I can't recall right now if I've seen this issue before so I dove into google.

Anyway, try any of these options to see if something works:

- Run heRO as administrator
- Run in compatibility mode
- See if there's any changes with or without full screen mode
- Try disabling touchpad or onscreen keyboard/tablet options
- If you happen to have a "dinput.dll" in your RO folder, remove it and see if there's any improvements. It enables mouse freedom, which lets you move your cursor outside of the RO window.

Try not to do them all at once so you can pinpoint which of these solves the issue, if it even does.

thanks for the fast replys
I did some googeling myself but was not able to find anything usefull.
- the game runs as admin per default
- i tried comp mode with win 7 and XP SP3
- fullscreen doesnt work properly or at all (won't see the whole screen or game crashes)
- the onescreen options are off by default too (just checked)
- there is no "dinput.dll" at all, so could that be the problem? (but i have mouse freedom)

And yes, I use Win10 but I tried one other server before and there at least the clicks worked so i don't think this is a win10 speciffic problem.

Ok, i did the following thing now:
- Installed another client, which gafe me the "dinput.dll" and "dinput.inf"
- copied both
- uninstalled
- installed heRo
- pasted
- patched
*working*
Dont know if it is a problem on my side, with the installer or something else but i guess the missing dll/inf was the problem
