Safety Helmet and Gas Mask droprate change

I suggest to increase the droprate of those items for Myst and Skeleton Worker. They currently drop at 0.06%.
The Safety Helmet can already easily be obtained through mining and the Gas Mask droprate for Remover is already increased.

Guess we missed Coal Mines in low drop rate retouch cause they are that forgettable...

We'll roll that in as part of faeheim update as this is reasonably effortless and boost some of the pitiful drop rates in that dungeon.

I just noticed it for these items, because I got 2 Safety Helmets, 1 Gas Mask and no card.
