If she has the time to download it, I think she should get the heRO full installer instead.

I was only suggesting re-installing if she still has the installing files, which would save her from a lengthy download.

She reinstalled it when she had the installer and she got the error still, but she doesn't have the installing files any longer.

EDIT: She's going to try reinstalling heRO full installer.

Can we see a new screenshot of her ro folder?

Is it giving the same error?

It's the same except no BGM folder, because she deleted it to reinstall but it wasn't in the heRO full installer.

Could you perhaps burn your folder on a dvd for her? And then she would just copy it, run setup and see if that works?

We're trying the kRO +Sakray way right now. But if that doesn't work I think she'll just not play. I'll tell you how that goes!

Try doing what Pandora said, copy your RO folder in DVD and let your friend copy it to her PC. You don't need to install it to work.
