you were probably thinking on a 1x rater server, then it would be 5 times as much as that which is 25k seals even as 99 transcended here in heRO you only need 15k seals to get from 98 to 99, that means as transcended in regular server it would take......75k seals + your soul and about 120+ dollars in monthly fees.
