Cannot Connect to Server

I wasn't sure where to post this, I can't connect to the server and the Control Panel is telling that all engines are go. Is the server still rebooting or is there something I need to fix on my end?

the new download hasn't been implemented yet. So the client won't connect properly until the new svn has been implemented on the server. Right now the old stuff can connect, so use that, or wait until the new stuff is put up (Which should be soon)

Though I thought they were putting the stuff up duing the "server down time"?
