About heRO Cake Hat

Hello. I was wondering if someone who knows it could post the drop rate of gift boxes on heRO Cake Hat. Its mentioned on other equipment like celebration wings and 1th anniversary hat, but not on the cake hat.

Cake Hat has a drop rate of 0.24+0.024*monsterlvl for GB, and 0.28+0.028*monsterlvl for firecrackers. This is the 2nd highest GB making hat, lower than the first heRO anniversary hat. This effect stacks with other GB gears (including celebration wings, so there's really no conflict or reason to complain why celebration wings' rate is lower than the cake hat.)
