RE: Movement speed
Badge of Authority does not stack with other speed boost items.
Its basically an agi up without giving you any extra agi.
HOWEVER, you can have the agi up and an authoritative badge on at the same time.??If you were to be dispelled you will not lose your movement speed from Badge.??I use to use this sometimes on LK when rushing a few castles I knew would break if I ran past everyone. :3
Speed Potion does not stack with other movement speed items, it gives a boost to move at a special speed all the time.
Last SVN Stalker could essentially always have speed potion speed during chase walk if given a soul link, agi up, and uhhh wore peco peco hairband.??Was pretty fun, but the game barely could keep up with me, I would lag so bad so often.??I actually had to switch down to adventurer's hat to lag less in game.??
This is why I wasn't surprised with the nerf, and when Gravity nerfs, it nerfs too hard. Also rule of thumb states that rogue/stalker class every SVN has to have at least 1 nerf.??So this was perfect to do.??:]
Edit: People whine about the Avian Wing movement speed bonus, but its not the purpose of the wings. It is for the +6 agi that you make them, they are excellent since its more agi given than pantie+undershirt combo and is great till you slot a set of pantie+undershirt, or get dragon manteau set, or find something else in general for the agi/flee type builds. Besides, the movement speed is pretty good, gives you the standard walk speed that assassins have so at least you aren't moving like a slug in RO anymore. Plus they are super cute, one of the few wings I like aesthetically.
