rejected form server/ip banned normal or bugged?

I would like to complain about this problem



I can't login whether in game or in the official site.. and it says the following error
"The IP address behind you is banned."
I'm sure that I didn't violate any rules to be banned like this since I'm new here in heRO.

If you've incorrectly inputted your password multiple times, it will automatically temporary IP ban you as a anti-hacking measure. Try back in like 10 minutes.

If that's not it, I'd check the ban thread to see if the GM's took action against you for some reason. .

and that reason is your brother/cousin/friend had been ban before you saw that (sharing IP ofc). But it's likely that you put wrong password (after three times) as it has happened to me sometimes. Try again after 10 minute.
