cannot install

it said "it says Hero has not been install cuz of following reason:
cannot create the following file:
D:\heRo/Data\texture\+??++................... something

YOu will have to run this utiity again to completely install heRO

what should i do with this?

Its something wrong with creating the "texture" file. I wonder what is the problem

always stop at the middle of the install and they said they cannot create this folder.
