Reset NPC's Line

Whenever I'm checking the reset NPC to figure out what I need to pay, there's always 1 single line he says that confuses the crap out of me.

"Nice Suit, but take it off if you want to reset".

Is the reset NPC supposed to be perverted? Does he just want you to bribe him with nudity for a semi-free reset? In the end, nothing you do really does anything,to change this line unless you have the items he wants in which case he simply doesn't say anything along those lines.

Is there any special meaning behind this line? Or is it just random?

In fact, I'm not wearing anything on my character (outside of a hat, a weapon and 2 random junk accessories from the depths of my storage). I don't have any of the items he might want, and I'm nowhere near the zeny he wants. and yet,

I would take my clothes off IRL for a free reset.

I think hes supposed to only say that if you go to him while you're a novice. Like he thinks you're messing with him by going dressed like a novice.

That line is meant to appear only when one is wearing a tux/dress. No one has reported this before, I'll have a look.

Went in to see how much it'd take to reset my mage and he mentioned the suit line as well without me wearing a tux/dress.

@Pandora, It's been doing it for atleast 1.5 years xD. It only happens when you don't have the necessary items so I guess thats why no one had reported it.
