What will happen to the server with the 2 most active "in game and outside game" GM's gone?

What will happen is we'll roll up our sleeves and keep working. Of course it's not ideal that both those gms leave at the same time, but we'll have to make do. The truth is that GMing is tedious, it's a lot of work and very little reward, at first there is the enthousiasm of something new but once that fades it can get hard to go on.

We'll miss them a ton, but we'll go on.
