x2 is a lot and wont happen, but I am planning a temporary rate increase either in may or june to kick off the summer. ^_^
And I'm pretty sure Battle Manuals stack with rate increase, no reason they shouldn't, there isn't data of "usual rates" and "temporary rates" in the server, there is the rates and what they are at then and there.
Well, I suppose the very next best thing then would to be to get a good Bio 3 Party with a clown and gypsy with lvl 5 Mr Kim is a Rich man.?? Any non-boss monster killed within the song's effect (9x9 square around the caster) will give??+180% exp. Which is close to??the 2x you're hoping for.
But that does require a skilled party with people who know what they're doing. And even then deaths are still to be expected, but the exp you would get would be amazing.
Too bad all the best spots for stationary parties are typically full of boss flagged monsters as the main targets. This pretty much makes Biolabs the Best place to abuse Mr Kim.
