Since you're using Windows Firewall (and it tends to hate certain games!) you might need to open your port 6901, which is used to communicate with heRO's login server. If you wanna try it and don't know how, check this guide.

Also, I'm not sure if you're running heRO in full screen but some people have trouble with that, so you could try it in windowed mode, who knows.
