Interface error on our forum

Interface error on our forum.
Our forum lost the library link. Maybe it is online link, we should store it on the server for safety and restore the link. usually bootsraps or jequery link, maybe the link is lost. To restore need to recreate new link to safe library

Thanks for the report. We're currently in the process of fixing all the different issues on the forum. We hope that in the next few forum maintenance, everything will go back to normal.
