The ranger skill "Warg Mastery" is not a usable skill.
An item "Wolf Flute" is required to activate the skill.
At this time in testing, once you are able to use the Warg,
talk to the Prontera job change NPC Haidi when you can use
the skill to obtain the flute.

* Rune Knight Skill Changes
- Enchant Blade casting time decreased, duration increased.
- Sonic Wave damage increased.
- Death Bound damage amplification increased.
- Hundred Spear's chance to cast Spear Boomerang increased.
- Wind Cutter casting time decreased, now damage is applied as wind element.
- Ignition break's damage element now takes the element of your weapon. However, the damage is increased if your weapon is fire element.
- Raido Rune skill [Crush Strike] has its damage increased.
- Nauthiz Rune skill [Refresh] has its casting time decreased.
- Thurisaz Rune skill [Giant Growth] has its durration increased.
- Hagalaz Rune skill [Stonehard Skin] has its durration increased.
- Isa Rune skill [Vitality Activation] has its durration increased.
- Wyrd Rune skill [Storm Blast] has its damage increased, and extended knockback radius.
- Othila Rune skill [Fighting Spirit] has its durration increased.

- Dragon Training skill adjusted as follows:
When learning Dragon Training, your attack speed increases slightly.
Damage slightly increases when using Dragon Breath.
Currently you gain weight +1500 for having Dragon Training, but it is changed to +700 weight with level 1 and increased by 200 for each additional skill level (for +1500 at level 5).
- Dragon Training increases final damage of Dragon Breath.
- Dragon Breath cannot have its cast time interupted.
- Dragon Howling skill re-use delay decreased.
