The delay on first aid is a general delay applied to all skill, we dont want to remove it for all skill. There are also some known issues in totally removing that delay.

For the record: I voted yes... but its not doable.

For the record, I also think it would be neat. But it's not doable right now.

If I'm not mistaken it's a change that would force us to recompile our server everything we have a new svn from eAthena, and it's something we are trying to avoid.
