My mistake, indeed it only takes the highest value.

I'm not sure if it even stacks weapon vs defensive equip. Bloody axe and sleipnir didn't seem to do anything to movement speed compare to either of those alone.

Seems like all equipment together it takes the highest value.

Beware that agiup and authoritative badge doesn't stack also.
