I understand we're supposed to "unlock" warps by visiting the city first (for me its by walking)

How do we reach cities such as Lutie and Gonryun, which appear to be in the middle of nowhere?

Again, sorry if this question sounds a little "noobish", its just that this server isn't like any one I've ever been in before (in a good way of course )

Lutie you can get to by talking to Santa at the upper right of the inner square, Gonryun you go to the docks along the right side of Alberta and talk to *one* of the NPCs on one of the docks. From those docks you can also get to Moscovia, Amatsu, and Turtle Island.

Just northeast of the clock tower in the inner square in al de baran he means. And Gonryun is actually KunLun and you walk up the tree in the kindof middle left of the map and it beams you up to Gonryun.
