Download Problems

Hello.

My girlfriend downloaded your full client download as well as i did.

Mine is still downloading but her's finished very quickly for some reason when she ran the installer it froze at 6% and will not work.

Anyone know anything about this?

EDIT: She has received a virus from your download section, any insight to this?

Wtf, now that I think about it, I don't remember having a virus on my last computer until after I downloaded heRO. o_o; Fortunately, these computers have been...luckier? I don't really know.

That was also my problem. Just wait a few minutes even if it says in tasnmanager that there is no respones. Mine also did than I waited and taddaaa it went on. So just wait a few minutes.

I know the old installer was done by percentage of files, and not percentage of total data installed.
When it reached a large file, such as the .grfs, it would hang for a while.

Since the new installer, I'm uncertain as to whether it goes by percentage of files or data, so let it go for a while, and see if it continues on.


As for the virus.
Most Antiviruses have no problems, but a tiny few have been known to be finicky, and have picked simple files that change registaries and the such as viruses. In the past, the tiny few that have had problems have been put down to this, and have been problematic with out game installs.
Could you please PM me which anti-virus she was using, as well which file it was having a problem with, and what it labeled it as?
