Problem with game
When I want to play and I am including the game, I have such a screen

In english problem on the screen:

A problem with the hero.exe application appeared and she will be left closed off.
We apologise for trouble.
Pass the information about this problem on to the company Microsoft.

Can someone help me with this?

I have 5 times reinstalled RO.

Make sure you use the full installer, that you have admin rights, that you do not install it in the same folder as that other RO.

Please resize the picture so it doesn't stretch the page.

I tried to download again and I came across the next problem:

When I am installing, for me such an image is leaping, I already took the third time download full instaler
