2nd class: 99/50
transcendent class: 99/70

It's always been like that.

instacast is always set at 150 for any class. It doesn't matter what class you are, it's the same for everyone. Unless it has changed here, which I doubt if they are using the kRO cards.

Theres a setting that allow us to change required dex for instacast but we will obviously, not change it Icon_razz

Improve Concentration adds 15 dex. And Super Novice can get job 99.
