HELP!! I can't log in!

Hey all. Paxxis here. I had 2 accounts for HeRo, and now, for some reason I cannot log in. Says my login info is invalid. Now, admittedly, I have been gone for some time (thanks to life), but I genuinely enjoy playing on HeRo. Has my account info been wiped? Let me know. I have all the correct files (I believe), and am not sure why all of a sudden my login info would be wrong. If one of you awesome GM-types could look into this for me, and help me get back into HeRo, I would be eternally grateful!!! Thankies much!!

Download and apply the latest patch:

O.O talena cant log in either... me too i wanna get bak on i miss me buddies....??and i do hab da latest updates but still wont let me on..... i seriously need help or a password reset....

Ok, make sure you dont use the auto-patcher and you apply the november patch correctly. If that still doesnt work, take a screenshot of your RO folder with the option view > Details. Send that to me over PM.
