pronoun

1.
used to refer to the person or people that the speaker is addressing.
"are you listening?"
used in exclamations to address one or more people.
"you fools"

2.
used to refer to any person in general.
"after a while, you get used to it"

Haha, actually we've learned this in university how certain words can have a subtle meaning. Instead of 'you' try choosing 'we' or 'people' since the ambiguity makes more lenient.

Edit: try taking studies like anthropology and linguistics and 'anyone' (although 'you' in this case works since I'm specifically meant the reader) can understand what I mean.
