Get Rid of BG Chatroom

While it may be possible to remove them somehow, that's how the BG scripting works, the commands are meant to be used with chatrooms, so for now you guys will have to endure them.

As HP the chatroom is annoying too,bc you want to assump as late as possible bc having half a minute or 1 minute of sump rushing makes a huge difference.so i either join room early and have short sump phase or i play with the fire and risk being too late.
if its stays with chatroom maybe have additional announcements every 10 sec instead of the one 25s announcement.

Or disabling assumptio since it's not supposed to be there in BGs at all. I wonder how I missed that part.
