I've been looking all over and I can't get a definitive answer. Does Cart Termination benifits from elemental bonus? Or is it always neutral?

LOL of course it gets the elementarity. Every calculator will tell it to you, just try to hit one monster with it neutral and then with its weak element and read the numbers XD
