Help with a guild emblem?

i just need it to be shrunken without the blur, can anyone help?

I just resized it and put a little more contrast but I think it's not a good image because we can't see it very well even if we take all the blur out. At least that's what I think.
If that's what you wanted, if not especify more maybe I can do something about it. Cya
