OMG!!1!!!!1!!!!1 It won't work

I have the EXACT same folder on my USB as on my home computer. I copied it to the C drive. But when i click on the heRO hexed client. It just becomes the "Ragnarok Setup". Then it keeps on opening after i close it.It's really annoying. Please if somebody can tell me how to fix this damned thing...

Run setup.exe it will create the registery on your computer. Then set your settings. Try hero.exe again after that.
