Can't play and need some help
Hello everyone.

I have been having the same problem for the last 2 days. I run heRO, and the patcher starts, but it either won't start downloading at all, or it will download a little bit and then throw out a message saying "Failed to download file", and if I try to hit start I get a message that says "Failed to launch application: heRO.exe"

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both heRO alone, as well as the entire Sakray/RO program, and so far have had no luck. Yumera even game me some CD's with the programs on them, just in case my files were corrupt, and it still hasn't worked. I was hoping someone had an idea of what I can do to get back online. This is very frustrating, bucause I was having so much fun!

If you would like I will try to post a screenshot of my RO file, once I figure out how. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

oh that came out kinda small. oh well. that's what it looks like. if it came out right.

Make sure your computer has enough free space, that could be a reason why it stops downloading. Also, check if the Windows user you are on has proper write access to that folder, if you're not sure, use the Administrator user.

One thing you can do is have your friend give you the most up to date hero.grf they have along with their neoncube.file, with that the patcher will look and see no new patches and will let you connect.
