I've been trying to connect to heRO via a SSH tunnel due to a firewall, but have run into connection problems. I've tried pinging "pandora.bounceme.net" both from my connection and from the remote server, which have picked up the IP address but did not receive any response. Is the server configured to not reply to pings? If someone can confirm/deny, it will help me get down to the bottom of my connection issue.

How could the server know you come from a proxy anyway?

I've played from Proxy before.??It's possible. Although that was long time ago so it might have been changed since then.
