Server time?
What GMT is the server on? +/-what?

I used search but it came up 20 pages of topics. v.v;
Only talks about either time or the server. ><
I suck at search though sorry if there has been a thread about this.

Yep, it's GMT - 5 like Mystra said, EST zone, and we use daylight saving.
