In regards to the recent ban of Stephio (Lalo) and Mercant (CyCreator), I'd like to remind everyone that botting is an offense punishable by permanent ban on all your accounts, regardless of how long you've been on the server or how many trans characters you have.

Botting will result in a permanent ban, no exceptions. Failure to pass the botting/macro test from GMs, regardless of "actual reasons," will be treated as using bots or macro programs.
So claiming it was your 6 year old illiterate cousin playing will never be an acceptable excuse* (specially not when the bot feeding is timed to the second), same goes for little brother, sister, mother, neighbor, grandmother, etc. or even your friend (specially if your "friend" happens to be on the same ip, has the same email and password as your account). Furthermore you are responsible for your IP, if someone bots on an IP we have the right to ban any accounts on it. Just don't bot and make sure whoever you share your internet with doesn't either.
I'd also like to advise everyone against account sharing, unless you fully trust someone and are willing to accept the consequences if they mess up.
* In addition, we have a rule that states you must be able to communicate in Basic English, so never leave your RO client in the hands of someone who doesn't meet the server's requirements.
Lastly, do not harass the GMs, spamming our inbox with dozens of PM/Email will not get you unbanned. Use 1 support ticket and all GMs will be able to view it and respond if needed.
As clearly explained to Sthephio in game, this will be his last chance.
