GM team is split into two for this. There's Panda's tech team, and the tech-dead GM team with me to look after you kids if anything goes wrong during the temp high rate... which includes checking for cheating for the prizes >>

(may be slightly late for the pvp tourney on the temp heRO high rate, but just keep playing if I do happen to be late. I'll be sure to announce it in the high rate server when to gather and so on for the pvp tourney, even if it's slightly pass noon time.)
