Crash error . help please

WHen logging on as my wizzard, it imediately crashes and i get the following message.

I don't know what to do or who to ask for help. Anything anyone can do would be apreciated. Odd thing is, i can log in on my other characters, just not my wizzard

try patching your sakray and HeRO. There was a recent addition that may be causing you errors.

I've tried that. when patching sakray, it says i can't connect to file server. its a pain e.e

By Sakray, as well as the manual patchers I have checked, place the last patch at 27th or 28th November, 2008. =\


Edit: Looks like we may be needing us a Korean proxy to go any further these days.

yeah, there aren't any on my list of missing patches any newer than november. i don't know what's up, all i know is I can't play my wizzard. and I just transed today x.x

i figured out the problem. I can't connect to the korean server at all. I mean, not through Sakray, not through Dexter's Sakray, not even through the ftp site. THIS is what i need to fix to get the patch files i need. Or I'd need someone to send me them manually.

*sigh* any chance uninstalling and deleting everything will help? Then reinstalling, of course. Now i can't get on any of my characters. it crashes just the same as above, but the little "job: wizzard" changes to whichever class that character is.

Do you remember where you were or what you were doing when it first crashed?

The full installer is a good option you don't have to patch sakray, it contains every official graphic you will need to play here. Run your hero patcher to get anything custom that you might be missing.
