Are you trying to get all this AGI for the ASPD or the Flee? If it's for the Flee, then it's not a good idea. If it's for the ASPD.... why? I mean, I know it will be a while before we get any Battleground equips, but if/when we do the Medal of Honor for Merchants allows WS to hit 185-ish ASPD with a regular upgrade, uncarded Hurricane Fury. And 183-ish with a Dagger and Full AR.

Once BG equips come out there is really no reason for Whitesmiths to have AGI, in my opinion. You won't outflee most other classes anyways. Even if you get the slotted Crest of the Rider, you're missing the 10% HP boost from the Wool/Tidal combo - which is hot.

Just ran some calcs:
VIT-Based WS (1 BASE AGI, 58 BASE DEX) w/ 2x Medal of Honor and Full AR = 183.8 ASPD with Combat Knife

AGI-Based WS (99 BASE AGI, 99 BASE DEX - just to make a point) w/ 2x Athletic Brooch, +9 Crest of the Rider[1] w/ Ninetails, +9 Black Leather Boots w/ Firelock Soldier and Full AR = 182.5 ASPD with Combat Knife

Not saying your idea is horrible. It could be a fun combo (if it didn't cost to much to attain), but if we ever get Battlegrounds stuff here, I think you'll just end up disappointed with your efforts.

I think it may still be god equip for pvm... and maybe just for the fun of being the only one having it...

xP A Crest of Rider[1] is easier to get than a +9 Black Leather Boots[1].


EDIT: And while Albus brings some good points; For one, I'll be using an axe all the way. =[ Part of the reason I chose Smith. And also, if we ever do get them, I can just go for those too. xP Not like I have a limited time frame here.
