Cant open Hero patcher

Wel im at a buddys house and he wants on HeRo. he got thefull installer but he cant seem to update Hero. The patch windo wont open.

it says this error: HEROPATCHER>EXE file os linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:SetFilePointerEx

That's why there's a 7mb patch for this, silly.

Does he have to setup.exe file? If not, thats the problem. And once he has it, he needs to run it once to create the registery.

If he has the new version of the full installer, it shoud be included in the setup. There should also be a "setup" bouton in the program folder (in the start menu).
