Does HeRO have repeatable quests?

No, none of the official repeatable quests from what I remember.

Now that we are saying this, can you redo the quest like the "katullanux (ice dungeon 3)"? If not... you can kill it only once?! (I read a post on internet but didn't understand it )

The Ice Dungeon 3 quest is once per char, so technically you can do it more than once per account

the ice dungeon quest is once per character yes
however summoning kutull<blabla> isn't, its not even required that you do the quest to summon him lol with his summoning all you need is the item requirements and you can do it~

It's just that the ice necklace quest comes with 4 items needed to summon him so each character will definitely get at least 1 chance to summon him. In heRO, we have a lv 70 level restriction when you do the quest.

Ice Scale and Pumpkin Mojo (used for a custom MvP that works in a similar fashion how you need items to summon it) are both occasionally replenished as event prizes though.
