I am pretty ok if I disconnect my router and go for direct connection for heRO. I don't think it's really server lag and it's most likely some configuration on your end that can improve the situation too.
It was okay today until I started to mine, and then it was terrible ever since. And is still now. So I got about 3/4 of the day today to play and this quarter is terrible. I click and nothing happens.
